Join us for Sound Bowl Meditation on Tuesdays at 6:15-7:00 pm at 23 White Street in Fredonia, NY. Class begins promptly so plan to arrive and settle quietly in by 6:10! You can expect a calm, safe, and sacred space in which to lie back (or sit up, up to you!) and RECEIVE the healing that comes through the sound of the crystal bowls.
The Sound Bowls emit a variety of frequencies which recalibrate your frequency, balance your chakras, and provide a flow of energies and peace, joy, and vitality.
We are offering our classes by donation, suggesting $15 to help with the rent.
