“YoSo” is Lisa’s unique blend of movement, the breath, & sound to harmonize, heal, & awaken body-soul-spirit.

We open our practice with Five-Rhythms, a somatic release which creates space for even deeper emotional integration and embodiment. Then Lisa combines an athletic yoga flow with gentle meditation and a sound bath or tuning fork alignment.
