Today’s Burst of Energie is another near-and-dear to me… as it is regarding that ol’ Inner Critic… who goes by lotsa different names… here’s the YouTube link.
Do YOU shame yourself? Is YOUR Inner Critic working day and night (like mine can during seasons of my life!) Sheesh, with Mars in Gemini for the next seven months (action and passion in our thoughts = often racing minds), we are all going to be feeling these energies to some degree!
And, hey, it’s a good thing… let’s get it all stirred up so we can see it, let it rise up to the surface, make itself known. Let’s invite that ol’ IC into the kitchen for a long cup of tea and a biscuit and get to the bottom of why it’s there (thinking it’s protecting us!)
Shaming Shame won’t budge it. Actually, shaming Shame makes the burden heavier.
Shaming that IC won’t work.
Wouldn’t it be nice if we could just wag our finger at Shame and say, “hey, you, GTFO!” Alas, this is not how healing works. 
Inner healing which invites conversation with it will loosen its grip! Working – and I do mean working – with an experienced Coach who will guide you, encourage you, and remind you of your power and purpose — now THAT is going to be of great assistance to you on your journey!
