Help Through A Panic Attack

To experience peace doesn’t mean your life is always blissful. It means that you are capable of tapping into a blissful state of mind amidst the normal chaos of a hectic life.

Today’s message on our YouTube channel is about something near and dear to our heart because we’ve experienced so much of it: anxiety and panic attacks. Sheesh. Big energies!

Please know that you are not alone in this season of anxiety or in this acute panic attack. There IS help! Reach out, ask, receive. Don’t try to muscle through it alone. As a matter of fact, don’t try to muscle through it at all!

Just when the caterpillar thought the world was ending, it turned into a butterfly.

Be patient and compassionate with yourself now… in the midst of this anxiety, this panic attack. You are doing the best you know how to right now, the best that you can! It IS good enough… breathe. Grounding practices will help you embody, move some of the energies from out of your fascia and muscle tissue and you will feel less triggered.

The man who moves a mountain begins by carrying small stones.

  • This is a marathon, not a sprint.
  • You are not alone.
  • Ask for help.
  • Ground.
  • Breathe.

With gratitude for you and our journey together, and here’s a hug…
