Fellow CREATIVES!
I know you’ve heard that we use barely 10 percent of our brain… and much of that is hanging out in the left hemisphere, where we use logic, analysis, and concrete information to formulate conclusions, make decisions, beat deadlines.
So, today we venture into perhaps uncharted territory – the right hemisphere, where we swim in the deep end of pictures, colors, sounds, omens, story-making, dreaming… all “just because”… no agenda!
Sans list of things to accomplish, we wander around and wonder about… and come into that holy space of balance between the right and left hemis of the ol’ noggin.
Be patient with yourself. If this is your first “swim” in these fresh waters of creativity and wonder, it may take a few breaths to ease in. Enjoy! Splash around. Get soaked!
