Today’s Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation is actually a re-create from earlier in the month. Receiving a couple of messages that, while they enjoyed the meditation and my voice, the background music was distracting.
I am so thankful for corrective criticism! (At some point, I’ll unpack this even more… but suffice it to report, I’ve experienced a MAJOR VICTORY in the area of being able to STAY during FEAR.)
