Welcome to the new playlist on EnergieGal YouTube channel –> EMPOWERED with EnergieGal… this was borne of the fact that I have been chatting up a storm in the beginning of our Monday’s Sound Bath and our Wednesday’s Guided Meditation… and while I’m thrilled to have conversation, I do want to keep focused and true to the video.
Thus, a new playlist is birthed. It has felt like a birth of sorts, sheesh the growing and waiting and pains or birthing… but I am thrilled and thankful to share this latest creation with you, with our community.
My goal is to upload a weekly video, probably Thursdays, and to create even more conversation around topics like:

- shadow work
- difficult relationships
- karmic ties/soul ties
