Not because you’ve earned it… this was never necessary, Dear One.

Not because you’re good enough… you always have been, Dear One.

Not because God is doing you a big favor… Eternal Love loves you because you’re It.

You are loved…

because you exist.

because you matter.

because you are Consciousness Itself experiencing Itself… expanding and having a ding-dong of a wonder-full time being YOU!

So, rest.

Breathe.

There’s nothing – absolutely nothing – to try to do, accomplish, make better, achieve, and earn…

Unless you desire to do all this just for the freakin’ darn adventure of it all.

Today on our sound experience, we unpack JOY… opening the heart space and allowing the inner child to heal.

As we are coming out of comparison and judgment, we are rising to frequencies of LOVE JOY PEACE…and frolicking in the Truth of our I Am-ness!

I am wonderful, unique, and beyond comparison! SO ARE YOU!

This One Thing Changed Everything

Your cells in your body are listening to every thought, every word you say… and believing you. What are you saying, thinking?

Dear Reflections of The All,

During our Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation on YouTube today, that still small voice within reminded me that it isn’t something outside of me that I long for… it is a deep knowing of ME that I long for… that knowing myself is the only thing that’s going to satisfy.

Not someone else’s ideas.

Not the latest prophecy.

Not listening to another’s experiences.

Nope. Nope. Nope.

The only thing that is going to quench this desire within me is a good long deep meeting of my own self… looking into my own eyes and allowing myself to be pulled into the depths of my own heart… where Strength and Joy and Peace and Real and Raw and Messy and Wonderful all abide.

And then, oh then, I can remember who I am and live AUTHENTICALLY.

Which is the most powerful, empowered place of all. Because Unconditional Love is like air to breathe and water to swim in there… in the depths.

Yeah, it’s a lot this week.

Buckle up. We’re going deep!

When It’s Rough, Do This

We can endure almost anything if we are centered, if we have some focus in our life. You can endure if you have an anchor.

Dear Companions on this big boat ride,

Have you also felt it? Big winds… big changes… choppy waves.

THE ANCHOR HOLDS is the message I kept receiving as I prepared for our sound bath experience. It’s a DRUM AND GONG SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE which we hope will calm your body, recalibrating you out of fight-flight-freeze trauma response and into PEACE, deep breathing, and clarity of mind.

It can be darn tempting to look outside of ourselves – to others and to the media – to find our peace, to see how things are going, to try to manage our lives, to look for answers. Please, please, please resist this “auto-pilot’ and disempowered mode of existence.

LOOK WITHIN.

Stay anchored. Stay focused. Look within. Find your Peace within. Breathe.

Get out in nature. Listen to this sound bath. Breathe.

Take a social media sabbatical. Even if just for an hour. Breathe.

It’s a lot. A lot on our bodies. A lot in our bodies. Breathe.

Dance. Laugh. Rest. Breathe. Hug yourself. Smile. Breathe.

This One Hurt…

I had no idea… how stuck in the mindset of LACK and victimhood I was… which is why I can’t stop sharing how I currently live from an ABUNDANCE mentality, full to the brim and overflowing with gratitude…

First, I had to see it.

That part sucked.

Hurt.

Second, I had to sit with Truth.

Transmute some stuff.

Hurt again.

But then started to feel better.

Then much better.

Then super empowered.

When someone hurts you, what do you do?

Do you react out of your own pain

do you breathe, hands over heart, and remember that people who are hurting hurt other people.

This was one of my most empowering realizations on my (forgiveness) journey.
