You Are So Beautiful To Me

I have been on a journey of making peace with my body… and realizing it is as holy as my spirit.

How do you feel about your body? What do you think about your body? Is your body holy? As holy as your Spirit? Hmmmm…. I been pondering this and seeing 👁️ that the body and soul and spirit are all me and all holy…. And beautiful.

And so today, I offer us the opportunity to sing to our bodies.... I honor you as I realize this is quite a journey for so many of us… who have been programmed into believing that our bodies are evil or low vibe or not spiritual or need to be tamed, beaten into submission, and shamed.

Enough of that nonsense. Let us rise up together and LOVE ourselves, which includes even our beautiful bodies. Amen.

Walkin’ On Water 2007

The end of striving… to be good enough, faithful enough, enough-enough-enough… has been the beginning of miracles.

Been pondering what it means to be faithful… I’ve come to realize that, for me, I’ve often strived to be faithful so as not to let God down. Like, what kind of kid am I if I can’t be faithful? Gah, so much shame and guilt entangled with my trying so hard to be good enough, faithful enough.

My friend Brian Christian recently shared a bit of his story around faithfulness. (Thanks for that, my friend!)

Feeling courageous feels so much like feeling afraid. Heart palpitations, breath in my throat, topsy-turvy tummy. What if, all along, I wasn’t so much faithless as I was just damn brave?!

So the end of trying and striving to be faithful has been the beginning of me resting in the faithful heart of God. 💯🙏🏻✨

Tale of the Cookie Thief

After a hiatus (a beautiful sabbatical in Fort Lauderdale where I sunk my toes deep into the sands and allowed the waters to flow over and over and over me, pulling energetic debris out of my field… it was magical to say the least) we’re back!

I gleaned a number of truths while away… one of which I share today, along with a short sound bowl meditation.
